This could potentially be motivation for you to keep your garage relatively tidy, since it would be used more than if it was just collecting excess stuff.
Bar: Similar to the game room idea, but a bit more classy and catered more to guests than your own personal escape. Setting up a bar will take a bit more time, planning, and money, but it would certainly transform the garage into a more enjoyable space to spend your time. Plus it could make for a good hobby to stock the bar with good wine, whisky, etc. if you are a collector.
