Remove dust and debris

Use a heavy duty cleaner and degreaser

Let the solution sit for a while without letting it dry to increase its effectiveness. Then, rinse your garage floor using a hose with a high pressure nozzle. This will lift the emulsified oil out of the concrete floor’s pores and remove the stains.
Use a concrete degreaser and kitty litter
When the stains are not recent, you’ll need to use concrete degreaser and kitty litter to remove them. First, wet the area that needs treatment and then pour the degreaser directly over the stain. Use your nylon brush to scrub and then let it sit for 15 minutes. This increases the effectiveness of the solution by allowing it to enter the pores of the concrete floor. Do not let the solution dry.
Now, generously pour kitty litter onto the stains and grind it with the soles of your shoes. Leave it overnight to make sure all the solution is absorbed. Sweep up the kitty litter the next day and enjoy a clean, stainless garage floor.
